The Brain Learns Best With Guidance
Studies on how to age well cite certain factors for well-being: have a close circle of family and friends, stay active and laugh often.
Amazingly these ingredients for a good life are what the developing mind of the young child under the age of six years also requires. Positive social contact serves as a buffer between the young child and the ups and downs of life. The people in our life can cushion negative experiences and amplify positive experiences. Children need a mediator, a guide of sorts, to keep and hold relationships together for the long term.
Young children need people around them who will promote, practice, point out, protect and enjoy the adventure of life with them. Children should have someone who will explain the nuances of culture. This help is essential in a young child's development, as the child has no ability or experience in shaping what influences individual brain development. The young child needs a person to make sense of life and serve as a protector of brain development.
Brain research supports a new connectionist model of brain development that suggests that sensory input into the brain creates the neural pathways based on life experiences. The pathways that get the most input grow more complex. Those pathways that don't receive sensory input disappear.
This is part of the nature or nurture question. Are we born with natural gifts, or do we absorb our gifts through the learning we do in our environment? Research shows that we may be born with natural tendencies, but if those leanings are not supported in our environment, we lose the ability to tap into those talents. For example, adopted children who had musically gifted parents and grandparents and were not raised in a music-rich environment did not show above average skills or interest in music.
Positive experience creates positive learning. If a child's experiences are negative, the brain is not growing in a positive manner, but is being deprived of life-affirming experiences.
We should not protect our children from every bump and bruise as other research shows that we learn from our mistakes, but we want to protect our children from trauma and abuse.
Trauma and abuse are characterized as physical punishment, bullying, teasing or harassment. Children do not have the experience to understand the intricacies of safety, manners or cause and effect, and they need a social guide to help them navigate these culturally turbulent waters.
Young children are vulnerable and are building resiliency through positive experiences in their lives. We need to provide the environment for positive interaction for our children and protect them from the stress and distress of trauma and abuse.
The young brain needs positive social support from family and friends to develop in healthy, life-affirming ways. Depression and violence in later life seem to be correlated to early adverse experiences. It shouldn't surprise us that research shows that we retain information longer when we laugh. Laughing relieves stress, helps form positive relationships and helps the brain grow. So laugh every day with your children. Guide and protect them through healthy brain development for a lifetime of well-being.

Holding every department head and office accountable for their actions and their personal actions and any illegal activity will be reported to the local law enforcement agency.
Policy 101: Those whom have broken the law will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Policy 102: Audit all city departments and all contacts to find those who have misspent and misappropriated tax dollars and also remove those that are overpaid nonproductive and a burden to our city tax payers.
Policy 103: New policy of firing employees Policy 104: New non renewable of employment contacts
Policy 105: Banning corrupted contractors for life from working with the city
Policy 106: Suing contractors and getting taxpayers’ money returned
Policy 107: Prosecute contractors to the fullest extent of the law Policy 108: Term limits for all elected offices

Creating man power workforce through 3,000 or 5,000 and more college student internships community programs: This program will allow us to benefit low to no cost internships, which will again allow us to build our staff city and nationwide and operate more successfully to service our citizens faster and better.
Project clean house: will include salary caps, eliminate misspending and misappropriating tax dollars and overpaid under qualified, nonproductive personnel and this will create a surplus cash flow for the city budget.
Creating two new needed positions, Deputy Mayor and Law Enforcement Commissioner, who consolidate city and county with supervisors over both departments and with in time equal pay and benefits.
Streamlining the city means consolidation and real solutions that will create a surplus and cash flow for the city services. Rewards for the teacher and school programs, more money more pay for the police force, fire department, waste management employees and city employees. These bonuses will be handed out in the first week of each December.
Education Streamline 101 programs: We have to know what we have to work with before we can go on with the real budget.
Step 1- To audit all the school districts and local the waste and pilferage. Then consolidate all school districts administration to one office and eliminate duplicate positions and nonproductive personnel. Creating surplus then reinvest the money back in to the teachers’ salaries and student programs.
Removing aggressive children from the school systems, creating a military style boot camp environment open to the age of 21. This can be an open program can also be for anyone that needs help and wants to change themselves to join and sign up and go through a behavioral alteration program.
Alternative Education Options and Programs- Edicate class at every grade levels: Stranger Danger, D.A.R.E, M.A.D, Classes. Scare straight programs, having a prisoner visit schools to tell his or her story and that will help change their direction in life. School outreach courses helping to change students knowing it all mentality, they will be assigned to these areas for 30 to 90 days. This will be their wake up vocational school of life. They will be assigned to go through all of these courses throughout this curriculum consisting of one year or two year programs. Students will volunteer at all of these sights the morgues, funeral homes, hospitals, crisis centers, homeless shelters, daycares, homes for unwedded mothers.
Abuse 101 classes: creating a class to educate our children that abusive behavior is not an acceptable norm and they should not tolerate it from anyone at anytime for any reason. They need to learn the recourses to protect themselves. We will offer parenting classes for all ages to reminding parents that their children are a product of their environment and they emulate those around them and practice what they see and learn by example. There is help for them to turn their life around by taking the first step an education class for the whole family.
Investing now makes good commonsense and can save our tax payers money. We can’t wait until later when we have to house them in prison. Pay now or pay later and later always cost more. If you just simply make new opportunities available and known where to find them at school, church and city wide programs, this will break the cycle for the next generation and decrease crime now and in the future.
Law enforcement consolidation: emanate all school law enforcement departments and consolidate it under one department and creating a new law enforcement commissioner that joins both city and county course and all school law enforcement positions will be on a rotation, sharing with the county deputies, which will allow both departments to grow and share those resources equally, equal pay for those deputies on rotation. Reinvest in innovative equipment.
City and County: to consolidate services and eliminate duplicate positions and nonproductive and personnel. Creating surplus then reinvest the money back in to the high productive personnel, a new reward salaries programs.
Fire department Streamlining: consolidate and eliminate misspending and misappropriating tax dollars, overpaid under qualified, nonproductive personnel, reinvesting in innovative equipment.
Solution Overcrowding: prepare the schools to be able to offer students night courses that will eliminate overcrowding. Offer teachers a rotation for teaching day or night time shifts.
Audit all school board contacts and find waste and fraud and dismiss all of them and enforce policy 101. Have each district elect board members for only one two year term.
Streamline road congestion: by requesting companies to offset their workers hour two hour before or after rush hour to set personnel that don’t have any direct contact with the public on new shift change the impact will the field and seen rapidly that would save our tax payers money and get rid of congestion and provide a safer way to travel.

Dear Mayor, What will the future hold for us tomorrow? It's here whether we embrace it or reject it. No matter what we do it's still approaching … are you ready for it?

We then ask for the Mayor to directly ask everyone using all the media sources that can help by donating products and services, or just their time.
We believe in being cost effective at all times and by using the most complicated equations of business, but also using the simple method of just asking. Today’s engines should be getting 5 to 10 x the fuel mileage just by applying a basic formula; I have used this method on all of my personal vehicles to increase my fuel mileage. The erosion of American society and ripple effect that carries on from generation to generation has created a cycle slowly changing America’s social norms. The city government needs to remember that it is the business of San Antonio that keeps us running, we need to set aside grants and low interest loans to help them whether through these hard time so there will be with us when the economy improves. Throughout this city, internship programs recruiting volunteers and 3000 college interns to participate in work outside the government and local business offices. This will give them experience, and give us a little extra man power from our own people.
We are looking to streamline San Antonio by finding wasted and corrupted positions and eliminating them all together. With more resources, we have more to give back to our teachers and educational programs.
There are certain aspects of businesses that thrive through any state of economical changes. Launching professional leagues offer an open invitation world wide sports. (WS) We will offer San Antonio and all cities the same opportunities to get involved at all levels. This would increase taxable revenues from new global merchandise sales, increases in tourism by having new annual sports events, Car rental, Hotel and Motel Tax. These revenues could be applied to schools to increase their budget. Prevention Programs Edicate class at every grade level, Stranger Danger, D.A.R.E, M.A.D Classes, Scare straight, Having prisoners visit schools telling their story to them, visiting morgues, Funeral homes, Hospitals, Crisis centers, Homeless shelters, spend at Daycares and homes for unwedded mothers’ homes and by creating a class to education our children where abuse is not the norm and they should not tolerate it from anyone at anytime for any reason. Offering parenting classes for all ages to reminding our parents that their children are a product of their environment and their children learn by example and there is help for them to turn their life around by taking an Edicate class for the whole family. By investing now saves us money later.
By allowing these opportunities to take place, it will start new chain of clean industry. Your people will enjoy new technological lifestyles without taking away the country. We are all aware of each decade’s advances. Here is a way your state can capitalize on the technology as the moment is created for the community to have a better way of life. As job security approaches extinction, we must alter our train of thought and methods of employment. Holding your Government accountable As Mayor: I will hold every department head and staff and those that are under them accountable for their actions. Holding every employee accountable for all illegal acts against the city of San Antonio, and they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
